Please read carefully before purchasing your registration package. The camp offers both lodging and food. These amenities can be purchased separately from Con Admission, or as a full package. Parents who are bringing their children do not have to pay a Con Admission so long as they pay for their child. Your attendance to the event signifies your acceptance of the YMCA's camp rules and that you acknowledge that the YMCA, the Campanime convention and all persons associated with said event shall not be held accountable for any losses, injuries or damages that may occur to you or your belongings while at the camp. One Day Badges -- Per person--Friday or Sunday $15; Saturday $25 The VIP Package -- $109.99 per person. This covers two nights lodging in a cabin on the campgrounds and six meals, plus Con Admission. The Parent VIP Package-- Parents with a paid child get a rate of $64.99. This covers 2 nights lodging at the camp and 6 meals, plus con admission. The Mega Pass Package- This covers 1 night of lodging, 4 meals and a 2-day Con Admission. The cost: only $79.99 per person. The Parent Mega Pass-Parents with a paid child get a rate of $49.99. Camp Woodstock offers overnight accommodations (pics) for attendees over the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 may stay overnight, provided they have a parent or guardian with them. We will have some "Den Mothers" to take care of minors who are staying without a parent but you MUST let us know ahead of time. Lodging will be camp style with 8-16 people sharing a cabin or Yurt (see pics). Beds are provided, although con attendees must provide their own linens and towels. Even though this is a camp, tents will not be allowed, everyone staying overnight must sleep in a cabin.
The conference center’s kitchen staff will provide meals throughout the con. Meal prices are per person,per meal and are as follows: breakfast $6.99, lunch $7.99 and dinner $8.99. Final menus and meal times will be posted, as the con gets closer. Meal tickets as well as lodging needs can be purchased through the convention; you cannot purchase these items through the YMCA. As of now the meals are as follows, meal items may change depending on expected attendance.
Friday Dinner- Roast pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, peas, salad, coffee, tea, punch
Saturday Breakfast- Belgian waffles and bacon, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, granola, coffee, tea, milk, juice
Saturday lunch- Char broiled burgers, tater tots,soup, salad, pb&j, coffee, tea, punch
Saturday dinner- Yankee pot roast, baby carrots, roasted red potatoes, salad, coffee, tea, punch
Sunday Breakfast- Scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, granola, coffee, tea, milk, juice
Sunday lunch- Chicken or beef fajita's, rice, re-fried beans, soup, salad, pb&j, coffee, tea, punch

The convention is located 10 minutes from Sturbridge, Ma..Sturbridge offers a wide array of hotels, bed and breakfastsas well as eating establishments for those wishing to go out for a meal or stay at a local hotel. Sturbridge also has a great outdoor museum called Old Sturbridge village which is worth a visit. And don't forget that for $109.99 you can stay at camp for the weekend, eat and get all access to the con.
